What's the shortest time to get an autograph you got from a celebrity?

It really depends on the celebrity. There is no real way to tell. If it gets pushed aside accidentally, or lost, it may never come back. If there's a big stack of fanmail to go through, it will take a little longer. If there's not much there before yours, they might get it out the same day they get it. You'll just have to be patient. That's the thing with this hobby. If you're looking for instant gratification, you're in the wrong hobby.
