Rafael Benitez Q+A failure but great success

following my recent success from Rafael: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=233833&p=997667

I sent a letter asking some questions, and SAE to Rafael on: 14th November 2011, and today I didn't recieve my Q+A back answered, instead he sent me this signed photo instead.

the address I used this time was:

Where as before I just used:
