I sent a LOR, Major League Baseball, and a SASE to former MLB Pitcher Virgil “Fire†Trucks on 9-17-11. In my note I mentioned this ball was a gift for a fan of his and I had included a few stats and asked if he would include those on the ball. Not only did he add them, he also wrote more on the ball. Very cool. I received my SASE on 9-27-11. He also included a nice letter and 2 signed baseball cards. I had asked him about a fee and he said he does not have a fee but that any donation that is sent to him for autographs go to his church. I will be sending him a donation. He covered this baseball with blue ink, and 1 spot of red ink. Wish I could post pictures of every panel, but I am limited to just 3 photos on here. If you are going to send to him, please send a donation. This is why I like the players from his era.. they care about their fans. I used the address in the database.
