I sent a ROMLB to RALPH KINER 200 BRADLEY PL APT 203 PALM BEACH, FL 33480-3765 on 5/17/11 and received it on 5/23/11. No Donation made but I think he charges now.
HOF75 included

Is his apt #203 or 204 I got both of mine back from #204 RTS today but have had success before sending it to #204. HELP
