Recieved: Letter of thanks, Questionnaire filled in, birthday card filled in (with a really sweet comical message, a picture for my friend personalised to her and 2 pictures (all provided by her) both personalised for me...
Plus: One of the pictures she personalised for me was quite large so she stuck my envelope onto a bigger one and paid the postage for it to get here!!!
