Does he charge or did you just sent money to better your chance? Just curious because I have never known him to charge.

Every success I've seen always had $10.00, so I did the same. I might of read a while ago, that he likes ten per sig., not 100% on that though.

I got him earlier in the year for free when I was working on my HOF collection. He signed my item but did send back a note saying that he requires a donation.
