Jerry Lewis via MDA
I sent an email request via the Muscular Distrophy Association website. I actually asked how much I had to contribute in order to recieve an autograph from Jerry. I never heard back from them and pretty much forgot about this. Yesterday I received a very nice black and white 8x10 collage personalized picture of Jerry Lewis doing some of his more famous skits and acts.
Return address on envelope is:
Muscular Dystrophy Association Inc
National Headquarters
3300 East Sunrise Drive
Tucson,Az 85718-3299
Pic on photobucket no way of transferring

If you want to see this and more, got to photobucket and look-up the user name jonboy1572. All the pics and envelopes are there. After numerous failed attempts to upload through photobucket and imageshack, I've given up. Its all on photobucket if you want to see it.
The only truly authentic autograph you will ever get is the one you personally saw being signed. Anything else your just taking someone elses word for it....

Once you have uploaded your pics, all you need to do is copy the image code and paste to your feedback.
As I have done here

I will NOT PM you an address.
I will assist you in getting said address.
IE: give you pointers on where to get it.

Re: Jerry Lewis via MDA
Some people seemed to think that this picture that they sent out is a PP. But I decided to give writing the MDA a try with an LOR to the address above and received back the same 8 x 10 not personalized but everything in the "All good wishes! Jerry Lewis 2011" was completely different. It would have been all written the same especially the "All good" and "2011".
Guess these really are signed by Jerry Lewis.

Re: Jerry Lewis via MDA
So apparently all of the autographs sent out by MDA over the past 10+ years like this are all fake according to someone online that apparently claims to have emailed his son.

Considering that for the past 5 years people have been buying these from others for $170+ you got to really feel sorry for all the suckers out there.

Re: Jerry Lewis via MDA
Jerry Lewis is a very controlling person and would NOT allow other people to sign his name! I am soooo tired of this debate....if you think that they are sec then dont write to him. A few experts ( of the ones that I trust that is) have said a number of times over the years that he signs authentically through the mail. Case in point, I once sent him a Damn yankees playbill to his Las Vegas addy, and it was returned to me signed and inscribed and the envelope was post marked Providence, R. I. , where the play was that week.
Rust never sleeps! The futures uncertain and the end is always near!!!!
