Mailed to former Oakland A's pitcher Ken Holtzman April 18, 2011 @ 256 Waterside Drive /
Grover, MO 63040-1632. Included 1974 baseball card & SASE.

Rcv'd June 4, 2011 in my SASE (SASE had 02 JUN St. Louis MO postmark) my signed baseball card.
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.
