He may be president still of Enviro-Save USA, but I couldn't find an address. Recently his radio show has picked up national syndication, and they do allow for fanmail through most radio stations.
You can try this next, although I haven't had the need to verify it.

I hope he still signs. I have him on a bunch of cards but somehow not on a 1990 Pro Set, which is the main set I've been working on recently.
