Sorry, I don't know exactly about it either But in my experience(I always use IRCs), I include 2-3 of them all the time. I've sent out my request to all the six continents like that and honestly, I've never had any problems with that. Maybe this could help you figuring out how much would IRCs worth comparing to stamps...

Please don't make doubts before you hear the reason...okay? I had all of those pictures stored in my computer except for George Clooney one because I've been selling the rest of them here for quite a while as I said in my original post. But the George Clooney is the new one and when I was posting this I had no time to take the photo of it and send it to my computer. If anyone wants to see how it looks like, I can post the picture then. It would be more convenient in my point of view, don't you think so?
