Most have probably emptied out their lockers and gone home. I wouldn't recommend send right now, I'd wait until about April or May to send. If you were to send know, I'd say the earliest you'd get something back in mid June, assuming that the team doesn't just throw away all of the requests during the offseason.

Even for like Arizona & Denver? I'd think they'd have a few days after to clean out and read fan mail, no?
