Who to send?

I have done this many years now but I haven´t written to a whole cast at once. So If I would want a signed cast photo
should I send the letter to a writer/producer or some actor in the show?

You should write it to the name of the movie/show.

I have tried this but I guess I write the wrong people or that cast won't send photos. I sent a fan letter "To the cast of ___ " and haven't gotten anything back from Bones, or CSI NY. The only show that regularly sends photos would be NCIS. Lost, Grey's Anatomy and House send if you send a SASE.

I hadn't thought about sending it to the producer. That could work. Couldn't hurt your chances. :) Good luck. Which shows are you wanting?
