I'm going to be going to Dragon*Con again this year after having a blast last year. For pretty much all the autos I got, there was a good amount of time to chat with the guests

I do know of a few, but it depends on where you live.

I live up north near Leeds but can travel to most places in the UK aslong as the people are worth the travel

Even if none of these are what you are looking for, it might be a good idea to go anyway. Many times they will have a table there for people to leave info on other events coming up.
