Dry spell

just wondering during the end of 2009 it seemed like i got a on of autographs and now in 2010 still nothing i havent gotten one autograph. i have like 69 requests out does ayone have an idea why i havent gotten anythin yet?is anyone else having a cold snap like i em?

Now that the Holidays are over you will start to see it pick back up.

Your guess is as good as mine. I am always on a dryspell, because I don't send many requests out. I am very surprised whenever I get a reply! VERY!

I'm on a dry spell too I've only received one or two autographs this year so far.

Most everyone I wrote to is known for being a good signer, so I am just trying to be very patient and hopefully I will get a bunch at once

My last reply was about 3 weeks ago so I'm not complaining now. Hope you guys get something soon!

But I'm sure I've sent almost 100 requests since late 2008 (it's not much/long compared to some of you) and half of them still haven't gotten back to me (the thing is, I'm not sure if some are just sitting there waiting to be read, or if they're lost, or already thrown away)! I just wish I had psychic powers or something sometimes!

dry spell for me too... ive sent out a good amount though, in the past, & recently... so i should be getting some back in the near future. just have to get past this dry spell lol

hey i have been having a dry spell also. nothing in two weeks. i did get things when i got home from my trip but that was two weeks ago. so i hope this week i get something i hope my robert one comes.

I am on a permanant dry spell lol, as I have no USA stamps, so I have to rely on email requests, or replies w/o a SASE

I'm on a pretty dry spell - about 25 sent in the last 9 months that have never come back. Now I've moved house and my 6 month redirect is coming to an end, so I'm putting them down as non replies and starting again. It always seems to be feast and famine so I suppose in this hobby you just accept it.

I am used to dry spells because my replies always seem to come in a specific pattern. I usually get several autographs in the span of a couple of days and then I get nothing for 2 months. It's odd. I'm still waiting for my first success of the year, but at this point it's actually fine by me. The weather has been horrible over here in the last 3 weeks or so. Lots of snow and sleat. I don't want my pictures to come back all beat up and damaged.
