Following price rises, IRC's now have a redemption value of £0.76 in the UK (RM website not yet updated).

I need to buy some in a few weeks so will let you know also if the cost has gone up.

So how many IRC's do I have to attach when I send a letter from the Netherlands to the USA? And from the Netherlands to Canada? I don't get it.
Ugh, next time I'll just buy some American or Canadian stamps, I bought these IRC's in Belgium (they don't sell them anymore in my country) for €2,00 and I think that's way too expensive.

so if im going to send the letter from seattle how many irc should i put in there two or just one.

In Spain a IRC (under 50grs) cost:
europe 1,40euros
Others 1,80euros

Does anyone know the exchange rate for IRCs in Sweden? It looks like IRCs are now USD$2.20 (at least, on USPS website).

IRC's are no longer available to buy in the UK- however they can still be exchanged for UK postage if sending from abroad.

From 30th April 2012 the redemption rate will be £0.87.

Was just told at my local PO that they're no longer being made in the US, either :(
