Jamal Whitehead served as Member of the U.S. Equal Employment Commission of Seattle Washington from 2010-2014, as Assistant Attorney for the Western District of Washington from 2014-2016, and currently as U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington since March 2023. He is the first person with a physical disability to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
