They are kind of in between because they don’t have royal duties but are still inline so they kind of are and kind of not

now that Harry renounced his UK citizenship, I would say your chances of getting his autograph are much greater since he now has a house in his name. Must've signed some legal deed documents to gain that.
Also, you might have a chance to get Prince Andrew if you are able to locate him. Doesn't seem to have a job anymore since the revelation of his trips at that so called "island of pleasure."
