NASCAR - Bill Elliott - Fail

Second attempt at this address. First attempt came back RTS and had "Not at this time" handwritten on the envelope. Sent 8x10's to address below on 12/7/23 and received the envelope back RTS on 2/9/24. Handwritten on the envelope is "REF" and "Return".
