Mark Totten became U.S. Attorney of Western District of Michigan in May 2022. He is working on civil rights including people with disabilities' rights and criminal justice reform. On 11/20/2023 I mailed a letter explaining how I find U.S. Attorney Totten's work to be very inspiring to me at:
