I have been "away" from collecting in some years now but feel it's time to pick up the hobby again.
Is Celeb Merch the same as SFM? Preprinted autographs I mean

For Celeb Merch, Because I live in the UK, does that mean Have to pay for shipping?! I have ordered 4-5 photos and I just realised this now! Can I cancel my order? Or will I have to pay?
