I sent an e-mail to Frangela to their myspace at http://www.myspace.com/therealfrangela on Oct 26 2009 and received on Nov 5 2009. Frangela has been on I'm a celebrity get me out of here, Best Week Ever (and various other VH1 stuff) and Hannah Montana. When I sent them an e-mail, I asked them a couple of questions, not only did I get my picture today, I also got an really great e-mail back about 2 days later
