Do you all send Donnie certified mail?

I'm a novice. I have a question! I sent a registered letter to Donnie. I've been told that registered mail must be picked up in person, or it will be returned. Will [the agency people] get it for me?

Yes, registered letters need to be sent in person.

Hi jinjaxu :)

Use a normal letter with a Self Addresed Stamped Envelope.
