and it came back marked refused

Not sure I would have marked it "autograph request", as they already know what u want before they can accept it. Maybe try and send again and just mark it to his attn and leave the prior out of it. - Good luck and sorry about the fail :cry:

I also got a refused using that address, without putting autograph request. However even on Kyle Busch's website, this is the address they say to use.

If you look under the news section on Kyle's website it says that the KB Fan Club is moving buildings and they don't want more things to keep with while they are moving. It says at the moment they aren't taking autograph requests at this time but when they get settled in the new place they will start accepting again.
