Contacted Erin Brockovich via e-mail (http://www.brockovich.com) June 13. 2009.

Rcv'd November 3, 2009 B/W 8x10 photo inscribed "To Dana: Chase your Dreams! /s/ Erin Brockovich". Also included a printed note on seperate paper. Return address on the envelope was: Erin Brockovich / 5737 Kanan Road #592 / Agoura Hills CA, 91301.
