No responses from Montecito pictures company ever

i sent a letter to him in dec 2021 and found out he died the next month! Was hoping to sell a script to him. But his son made a horrid ghost busters movie and probably was too much for his father to see how bad it was!
I wanted to send a script to make Ivan feel better and maybe correct Finn wolfhard's awful movie! Too late now. Never even got a response anyway so why is this address even still listed since Ivan is now a ghost?|!
