WHAT DO I HAVE TO SAY OR DO!

I genuinely want to know what is it going to take for SOMEONE to understand that I am fed up with the lies and the nonsense from the admins. I will say thing AGAIN for the last time and if I don't get a decent response I will write a TERRIBLE review about this site! For the LAST time I am no longer able to get into my JuliannaMarguliesFan4Ever account because it tells me that, that user name does not exist, if you PEOPLE actually gave a damn, you would have the decency to fix this problem! I need ANSWERS and don't feed me any nonsense about how I need to email you because I did that and you DID not respond to my email. SO I don't want any BS I need a legit way to fix this problem.
