Yulia Peresild failure

I wrote to The Federal State Public Institution of Culture State Theatre of Nations
3, Petrovsky Lane, Moscow, 107031, Russia (address from Fanmail.biz) asking them whether they can forward an autograph request to Ms. Yulia Peresild. I received a reply from Instytut Adama Mickiewicza in Poland. I was told they cannot forward my request to Ms. Peresild.
Does anyone have an alternative address? Thanks.
