Len Barker Former MLB Address Request

I would to try sending a request to former MLB pitcher Len Barker, played from 1976-1987, '81 All-Star, pitched a perfect game in '81, 2x AL strikeout leader. If anyone knows of a current address to send a request to (and more importantly if anyone knows whether or not he will sign TTM or had had any successful requests sent back please let me know. It would be much appreciated. Thanks.
