Robert Redford Pre-Print success

Hello;
I wrote to Mr. Redford on 07.06.21... I got an answer on 01.11.21. I used the
Robert Redford, Sundance Resort, 8841 N. Alpine Loop Road Sundance, UT 84604-5538, USA address.
My pictures came back unsigned. In return, I received two preprinted postcards and a small letter from his employee. Because of the pandemic, he is currently not sending autographs by post. The "signature" from the second postcard is on the back.
