How Many American Forever Stamps For SASE for Canada?

What is the correct outgoing U.S. postage to send an 8X10 autographed picture from US to Canada? I want to make sure I put the right amount of Forever Stamps on what they are sending back to me. Thanks!

It is election time, if usps is not too busy helping demonrats steal the election, you can take your letter to the usps and they can tell you how much it costs depending on the weight and size of your package . Normally you can send a 1 oz letter to any country from the usa for 1 global stamp .

An 8x10 in a 9x12 envelope is usually about 2.50 in stamps to Canada.
