I sent a letter, photo, and SASE to Ms. Knight on 6/27/2008 to:

Ms. Gladys Knight
3221 La Mirada Ave
Las Vegas, NV 89120-3011

Today I received back my photo unsigned along with a note saying "Ms. Knight is out of town and not signing any memorabilia at present time." However they did enclose a photo signed by her before she left :)
