A personalized pre-print? The signature matches the personalization. I´m sure it´s not a pre-print. It´s signed by him or maybe a secretary.

I'd say a secretary with an autopen, he's like Simon Pegg in the respect of autographs. Simon Pegg sends preprints too, if you get a dedicated one, count yourself extremely fortunate.
