chucky123 has PM'd me asking to become a new TM.

Given that we haven't worked out the rules for promotion of new TM's (see TM Prerequisites--what do you think?), I guess we'll do it the old way.

I have to say no here. he joined in april. has 113 post and 98 of them have been made in august, so he's pretty much been active for less then a month.

Just to add, she PM'd me again to find out when the poll would finish and mentioned her name was Nicole.

I will keep the poll open another day or two but it looks like we already know the result.

I know I'm fairly new to being a mod, but I just checked her posts and I don't think she should be a TM (even though she is now). She has given out inaccurate information and told people that their autographs were fake when they were real. IMO from what I've seen, she's just posting to just post. For example on a thread where someone asked about IRC's and where to get them she posted (http://fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=146399): "Haha, the same thing happened to me." - Which is useless and doesn't help out our members.

Unfortunately it now appears she is now a TM even though our poll says otherwise

I was actually going to PM her and tell her of the result but it looks like there's no point now.
