Mailed to Gloria Gaynor (due to my error I can not state when, but sometime in late July or early August) Included personal check ($10.00) index card & SASE.

Rcv'd August 17, 2009 inscribed "To Dana, Grace and peace /s/ Gloria Gaynor" a 30th Anniversary single CD of her song "I will Survive" CD also has spanish version of the song.

Envelope had same return address as above and Delivery Confirmation label from the post office.
