Mailed to Morgan Fairchild April 29 2009 @ P.O. Box 57593 / Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Included index card & SASE.

Rcv'd August 17, 2009 5x7 Black & White pre-print photo with a note (also pre-print) thanking "Dear friend+ for my letter.Envelope had 13 August Santa Clarita CA postmark. Return address on envelope sane as mailed to.

Sorry, I tossed the envelope in the trash and the pre print is gone too.
