A quick note: If I get a letter in response as well, I don't post that I did! I don't know if the senders would appreciate it, so I don't post letter successes. Preprinted letters or Secretarial letters don't count though. I do post those.

Then ya, it's a preprint. Another way to tell is that if you look really close a t the sig you can tell it's not marker, and that it's printed. If the envelope is one ounce of less, then it is $1.20. Each forever stamp is worth 55 cents.
