Mailed photo with LOR and SASE on 5/20/20 to a fan mail address for Susan Harris, and received it back, signed & personalized, on 9/24/20. As for the address I sent it to, I got the address from a user on this website, but can't recall what the address was--I'd posted a message in the forum requesting it and the user responded directly, but I'm not able to find the original post in the forum. Sorry.
