If you're really still unsure, try googling the arena and contacting them via email. Some venues have specific procedures that they ask people to take when sending fanmail. I know what you're going through. I tried to send something to Mylène Farmer via venue (also in France. ;))

You may need to tag on "ATTN: (insert name of individual)". If you email and ask, someone at the venue is usually more than helpful.

Also, if you're sending from the U.S. you'll need to purchase IRCs (international reply coupons).

Make sure that you put the country you're mailing from on your return address!
