It came back today (four months later) marked Return to Sender. Does anyone have a more current address for him? Thank you.

No. The Nick Kokich I'm trying to contact is in his 40s. He was an actor, and then more recently a director. As to the envelope, other than my return address the entire thing was blacked out in sharpie with 'return to sender' stamped on it half a dozen times.
