Sent an email to supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk requesting an autograph card of Javier Hernandez. They replied back that while they couldn't do my request, they instead offer to give me collectible cards. Received the cards featuring current and former players today. Since there are no autographs, I can send the Hernandez card directly to him for autograph. I'm waiting now for my UK stamps order.

A few months back, I received my success, but West Ham FC could not sign my photo I wanted him to sign so he only sent the clubs photo, in which he signed.
So your best bet is to just send a letter to him along with SASE.
