Hockey Legend Bobby Orr - Wants $125?!?!?

I sent a LOR, SASE, and playing card to Bobby Orr on 2/6/19 at:

Great North Road America
11443 S.E. Plandome Drive
Hobe Sound, FL 33455

On 2/15/19 I received the card back unsigned and LOR back with a note that read "Please see our website for pricing & procedures to have Bobby sign your card". I went to bobbyorr.com where I found that he charges $125 to sign a card. Yeahhh.... no.
