I sent a LOR, SASE and a picture to Phil Collins on 10/23/2018 and on 12/10/2018 I got my picture back unsigned together with a pre-signed? picture and a note from his office stating that Collins doesn‘t sign any pictures besides his official ones.

Yeah he only signs those pictures, but they are real so that’s cool!
