Asking prices from private sellers has no bearing on asking price (and vice versa.) Buzz Aldrin charges about $600 for an SP but you can easily find autographed photos for half that. And likewise, just because he charges $600 doesn't mean you'll break even or come out ahead by selling that same SP yourself.
