(NOTE: I travel for a living, so this could have arrived anytime in the last 3 weeks) HOWEVER, It arrived in a USPS "damaged" bag.

Why can you not just appreciate that she sent out an autograph, and it isn't smudged or anything, don't be a snob because it is a little creased, just be happy she gave one to you and paid for everything to send it.
