Sent LOR, SASE, and two index cards on 5/2 to the address in the database (2345 Lave Avenue Miami Beach FL 33140) and recieved one of the index cards back signed on 5/26. Pretty quick turnaround from what I've seen!

Sig looks rushed, just like the other successes posted here.
