The address for Jack Burns c/o The Writers Guild of America is not good- I received my envelope back 7/5/17 It was Crossed out and Stamped Return to Sender

Yes I have the envelope how do I scan it and be entered into the drawing what is the GC for?
I will cross out my return address for privacy issues
