I sent a letter and 2 CDS to Krist Novoselic using the fair vote address in the database. Yesterday, I received my items unsigned and a note saying Krist is not based in the office.

Try his WA address.. I just received mine back in the mail signed about a month ago although it took about 10 months to get a reply..
