I sent a letter with an autograph request to Oprah. I forgot which address I sent it to, but on the letter I got with the 8 1/2x11 color picture with her autograph, it had:
110 North Carpenter St.
Chicago, IL 60607
USA

And the envelope it came in had the return address:
P.O. Box 909715
Chicago, IL 60690

I had both addresses from random sights (before I registered here).

Sent:5-9-08
Recieved: 8-27-08

I don't have a scanner and my digital camera's broke.
EDIT: Used my Mom's camera
Nevermind, my computer won't let me add the pictures.
