Hey everyone! I'm sorry if this is in the wrong index, I have just been browsing the forum until today, so I'm a newbie at this!
My dentist, Dr. Mark Vanderkaay, D.D.S( http://detroit.doctoroogle.com/reviews/ ... vanderkaay ), has 2 sons that are pro swimmers-Alex & Peter, I'm pretty sure. Well, Peter was in the 2008 Beijing Olympics! I went to Dr. Vanderkaay just about a week before he flew off to China, and I knew Michael Phelps was going to be in a relay with Peter, so I kindly handed about 10 or 11 index cards to my dentist and asked if he could get Michael to sign half of them(6) and to get Peter to sign the other half(5), since I didn't want to make him feel bad by only asking for Phelps' autograph. I just had a feeling that Michael would win those 8 golds! Well, I was right! My older brother went to Dr. Vanderkaay last week, and I came, and as promised, he gave me the 11 signed cards!! I was thrilled! This is AMAZING!!
So sorry, I don't have a scanner! My brother says they're too expensive and he can barely pay the rent, let alone pay for a scanner! Haha-but I just thought I would post this! fanmail.biz seems like a wonderful site I can use to start off my autograph collecting!!!

Whoah, small world! Dr. Vanderkaay is my doctor, too! I'm guessing you're in Royal Oak? I'm not. LOL. Anyways...Smart move, I wish I would have done that!!!
