Can confirm that the Palace Theatre (London) passes on Fanmail, wrote to several members of the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child cast :)

I gather this running list isn't being actively updated/maintained anymore, but for what it's worth, Observatory Orange County in Santa Ana, California does pass along mail. I sent a package via UPS and a letter through the mail, and both made it to the intended musician.
